Onboarding Prospects

As new units become available, we need to be on top of making sure the public knows about them. As we advertise these properties/units that are available, we need to stick to our process for when prospective tenants call wanting more information.

Here’s a step by step guide to our prospect onboarding process:

1. Take down name, phone number, and email of prospect.

2. Record specificities for what they’re looking for, i.e: How many beds, bathrooms, square footage, and rent requirements.

3. Ask if/when they would like a tour (preferable before applying).

4. Add them to prospect email list. If ready to apply, go through list of requirements before sending application.

   Application Requirements:

   • Minimum debt-to-income ratio is 35%

   • Minimum credit score of 650

   • Pet rent is $250, with $55/mo

   • We do not accept Section 8

   • Applications must be completed and sent within 24 hours.

   • All properties are on a first come first serve basis.
