  • For maintenance requests, we use our online portal, DoorLoop. It helps both our residents and us keep a better track record of past requests, organizing them all in one place.

  • Security Deposits will be returned within 10 days after a final walkthrough has been completed. Your deposit will be handled via check or money transfer (ACH).

  • To create safe environments for our tenants, we have a set schedule to maintain your unit’s quality. We will give you at least 30 day notice before we conduct any general maintenance, so you will know well in advance! Our assessments happen annually as per state regulation.

  • We currently do not allow any subletting at this time for any units.

  • Utilities depend on specific properties. Information on your utilities can be found within your lease agreement. If you have any more questions, please contact us.

  • Yes! You can book a showing by clicking here.

Residents

  • Minor maintenance requests will be covered i.e., changing light bulbs, door adjustments, smoke detector battery replacements, etc.

  • We are a fully insured, licensed, and bonded company by the state of South Dakota.

  • We use DoorLoop’s efficient software to screen all of our residents.
