COMMERCIAL SPACES

Standard

  • A standard level clean, covering all the basics. Recommended for the average workweek.

    • Wipe-down of primary surfaces, fixtures, and appliances, including those located in bathrooms, reception areas, and break areas

    • Primary floors vacuumed, swept, and mopped as needed

    • Detailed inventory and restocking as needed (paper products, cleaning supplies, soaps, and other courtesy products)

    • Tidying and organization (returning all designated items, supplies, and furnishings to their intended locations)

    • All trash collected and disposed of into proper outdoor receptacles and taken to the curb when necessary

    • Detailed attention to the overall state of your commercial space. We will communicate, directly to you, any necessary general maintenance, broken items/furnishings, etc.

Extra

  • Our Extra tier is for when your commercial space needs a little extra TLC. We find these to be necessary only on rare occasions. Recommended after minor construction/renovations or in cases of accidental messes. Extra cleans are only carried out with prior notice and consent and will be added as an additional item to our Standard services.

Detailed

  • This is our highest level and is billed hourly based on what is needed, rather than at a flat rate, and completed only with prior notice and consent. We will be going through your rental with a fine-toothed comb, giving detailed attention to every inch we can access. We recommend Detailed cleans seasonally, after the busiest event periods (such as holidays and the Sturgis motorcycle rally), after your rental has been vacant for an extended period and needs to be brought back to life, as the very first cleaning after new construction to get your rental ready for bookings, or at minimum once per year.

    *Not suitable to be scheduled on days with immediate out/in bookings. May take multiple days to complete.

    Includes all Standard, Extra services, plus:

    • Dusting and cleaning of secondary surfaces such as minimal-use shelves, lamps, and windowsills

    • Dusting and cleaning of tertiary surfaces such as doors, floor trim, fans, and light fixtures

    • Vacuuming of most hidden areas with special attention to removing cobwebs and generally unseen debris

    • Washing secondary linens such as mattress pads, couch covers, etc.

    • Detailed cleaning under and around furniture that can be readily moved and replaced

    • Interior window cleaning, as needed and readily accessible (exterior window surfaces and large, hard to reach windows are best left to professional window cleaners)

    • Cleaning and organization of storage areas such as bathroom cabinets, utility closets, etc.

    • Additional and exterior spaces such as garages, patios, etc. can be discussed when relevant
